Hyper Karting absolutely caters for those looking to hold their corporate events and parties. Building and bonding your team has never been easier than our 15 minute power sessions! For those looking to celebrate a successful working year, or just blow off some mid-year steam, we’ve got you covered.
Corporate bookings can be structured to fit the individual needs of your business. We generally recommend allowing for 2-3 races per person. Ultimately, how you structure these is up to you completely. Some groups like to include a ‘finals heat’ for the top drivers at the end, too! As our track capacity is 16 people per session, parties larger than this will have to split into smaller groups, who can then alternate. For groups smaller than this, we recommend booking to allow for a break in between sessions so you can recharge before you hit the track again!
For exclusive use of the track, we require that all 16 seats are booked in each race. Even if you do not have 16 people in your session, you may like this option as it ensures no members of the public will be in your race. You’ll be able to see just who the business’ best racer is without any obstruction! At heart, this is dependent on your comfort and we can facilitate groups either way.
Hyper Karting is also ready to host your presentations! For an additional cost, you can hire our entire venue or audio/visual set up. For groups doing award presentations, company wrap ups or anything that may require the use of a TV and sound system, we are ready to accommodate you. Kick off the event with your presentation, and then celebrate with a race or two! Turn your work celebration into the event of the year with our exclusive Venue Hire.
Racing can absolutely build up an appetite. Catering for corporate events is available at an additional cost per head. Packages begin at $15 per person, and require a minimum of 8-10 people for booking. The menu differs and can be slightly customised to suit your group. Previous events have seen mini pavlova, mini peking duck pancakes, and rice paper rolls! Hyper Karting can also provide its own drinks package, priced at $9pp. This includes unlimited soft drinks/water (excluding Red Bull). We sell confectionery, such as chips, chocolate, and cookies, for smaller snacks as well! Any food/drink can be enjoyed at the tables/chairs we have set up in our front desk area, or we can set up tables/chairs for you in our viewing area, right in the heart of the track. Celebrate with us, up close and personal to all the action!
