This page explains how to delete your Hyper Karting account (used in the Hyper Karting app and on hyperkarting.com.au) and the data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@hyperkarting.com.au from the email address you use to sign in.
- Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
- We'll reply to confirm the request came from you, then delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in details (name, email address, account IDs)
- Your Rivals list and invite codes
- Links between your account and your race results, bookings and saved drivers
- Loyalty and membership profile details
What we keep, and for how long
- Order and payment records are kept for 5 years, as Australian tax law requires. After that they're deleted.
- Race results and lap times may still appear on venue leaderboards, but they're no longer linked to your account.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Data stored only on your device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
