Races can be structured to fit your group and our team loves to host a competition-style corporate event! Once you compare the different options below, reach out to our team and book your next corporate function at Sydney’s best go-karting venue.
Seat hire — groups of 1-15
Hyper Karting Seat Hire allows smaller groups to experience the thrill of Hyper Karting whilst racing alongside other groups! This option allows you to purchase anywhere from 1 to 16 seats per race, depending on your group size.
Whilst you will not have exclusivity over the track, it will create some friendly competition with other groups battling it out for the podium positions!

Track hire — groups of 16+
Our Track Hire option gives your group exclusive access to the Hyper Karting Track and a personal race host! You will have the capacity to have up to 16 people race exclusively per 15-minute session. Groups larger than 16 will be split into smaller groups!
We recommend booking 2-3 races per person for all corporate event bookings.
There are two races per person in this competition structure, with the last race being called the Grand Final! In the case of 32 people, this structure would look like:
- 1st race: Group A
- 2nd race: Group B
- 3rd race: Group A
- 4th race: Group B
- 5the race (Grand Final): Fastest drivers from the 4 previous races
We highly recommend corporate groups elect for the track hire option. This involves purchasing all 16 seats in each session so your session is private to your group. For example, two races of exclusive track hire will allow up to 32 people to race once each.
Prices are calculated based on the cost per seat, ranging from $19-69pp (mirroring our peak/off-peak periods). You can view the exact pricing by selecting the date and time you're after below. Please note that we require payment when booking and cannot reserve seats!
Each race is 15 minutes long.
Corporate event venue hire
Hyper Karting Venue Hire is the ultimate way to enjoy your experience at Hyper Karting. It is recommended for groups of as little as 8 and up to 500 people and allows full access to everything Hyper Karting has to offer!
This option includes all the great aspects of Exclusive Track Hire, but also now means the Hyper Karting venue is exclusively closed for your group, including full assistance of our staff on the day.

Corporate function venue availability and pricing
We use a dynamic pricing system here at Hyper Karting. Pricing for corporate bookings is based on our regular price range of $19-69 per person per session. This range mirrors our peak/off-peak periods, with our most popular times (Thursday, Friday, all weekend) being priced towards the higher end of the spectrum.
To view current rates and availability, please visit our Main Track booking page on our website, and use the calendar drop-down to find a suitable date to race. Here you will see the available time slots as well as how many seats are left within each race. If all 16 seats are unavailable to purchase, someone else has booked into this already, which means you will not be able to book this session exclusively.

Corporate events catering and drink packages
Hyper Karting offers an array of catering packages that can be customised to suit your group's dietary requirements and needs. A minimum of 8-10 people is required for any catering requests, with at least one week's notice. Previous groups have seen menus including falafel, gourmet wraps, salads and mini pavlovas! Our standard catering packages can be downloaded here.
Catering can be complemented by our own unlimited drinks package, priced at $9pp, which includes unlimited soft drinks/water/Powerade etc. at our venue (excluding Red Bull).
