Corporate Events & Functions
From team bonding to Christmas parties, Hyper Karting is the perfect place for your next corporate event or function! There’s nothing better than putting your team to the test and determining, once and for all, who holds all the bragging rights. We cater groups of all sizes and abilities, located just 10 minutes away from Sydney CBD.
Choose from one of the 3 different options when hosting your event at Hyper Karting.
Races can be structured to fit your group and our team love to host a competition style event! One of the more popular competition structures includes 2 races per person, with the final race being the 'Grand Final'! As each race can have a maximum of 16 people, for a group of 32 people, this structure may look something like:
Race 1: Group A
Race 2: Group B
Race 3: Group A
Race 4: Group B
Race 5: Fastest drivers final heat

Seat Hire - Groups of 1-16
Hyper Karting Seat Hire allows smaller groups to experience the thrill of Hyper Karting whilst racing alongside other groups! This option allows you to purchase anywhere from 1 to 16 seats per race, depending on the size of your group.
Whilst you will not have exclusivity over the track, it will create some friendly competition with other groups battling it out for the podium positions!
Seat Hire includes:
- 15 Minute Race
- Full Safety Briefing
- Helmet Hire
- License Fee
Track Hire - Groups of 16+
Our Track Hire option gives your group exclusive access to the Hyper Karting Track and a personal race host! You will have the capacity to have up to 16 people race exclusively per 15 minute session. Groups larger than 16 will be split into smaller groups!
For all corporate bookings, we recommend booking 2-3 races per person.

We highly recommend corporate groups elect for the track hire option. This involves purchasing all 16 seats in each session so your session is private to your group. For example, two races of exclusive track hire will allow up to 32 people to race once each.
Prices are calculated based on the cost per seat, ranging from $19-59pp (mirroring our peak/off-peak periods). You can view exact pricing by selecting the date you're after below. Please note, we require payment at the time of booking, and cannot reserve seats!
Races are 15 minutes long each.
Venue Hire - Groups of 20+
Hyper Karting Venue Hire is the ultimate way to enjoy your experience at Hyper Karting. It is recommend for groups from 20-500 people and allows full access to everything Hyper Karting has to offer!
This option includes all the great aspects of Exclusive Track Hire, but also now means the Hyper Karting venue is exclusively closed for your group including full assistance of our staff on the day.

Additional AV / Lighting / DJ or any other optional requirements can be added on to this package for an additional cost!
Availability & Pricing
We use a dynamic pricing system here at Hyper Karting. Pricing for corporate bookings is based on our regular price range of $19-59 per person, per session. This range mirrors our peak/off-peak periods, with our most popular times (Thursday, Friday, all weekend) being priced towards the higher end of the spectrum.

At the top of the page you will see an updated price (depending on what time you select) and down the bottom of the page you will see the remaining seats available. If all 16 seats are not available to purchase, someone else has booked into this already which means you will not be able to exclusively book out this session.
