Please note that this is an Event Day in Moore Park and the car park may fill to capacity. We highly recommend you plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your race.
Ask our staff to validate your parking ticket after your race to change your parking fee back to normal rates.
ENTIRE RACE BOOKING:
Please note that for this date you are currently only able to book out entire races at a time (i.e. all 15 karts). Individuals and groups looking to book for fewer than 15 people per race will be able to do so approximately 4 weeks prior to the race.
All individuals racing in a Track Hire 15-minute race MUST be fully vaccinated if booking before 15th of December. This may be brought forward at the discretion of Hyper Karting whenNSW reaches 95% double vaccination or on 15 December 2021, whichever comes first.
VARYING AGE GROUPS ON TRACK
If you are looking to purchase a race for those under the age of 16 but greater than 140cm tall, please note that the kart speed will be reduced to suit the ability of the drivers. If you are to have those both older AND younger than 16 years of age, the speed of those over the age of 16 will match the speed of those younger. We are required to do this to ensure there is no safety risk for anyone racing – no exceptions will be made. No form of compensation will be made if you have booked this and do not get increased to the speed you deem sufficient.
Exclusive Use of Track
Booking this Track Hire will give you exclusive use of the track with a maximum of 15 people in the race for 15 minutes total. If you do not have 15 people, you can still book out the entire race however you will be required to pay the amount of all 15 seats.

Arrive at the time mentioned on the booking - Your race will start 15 minutes after your scheduled booking time. As an example, if you book for 5:00pm your race will not start until 5:15pm.
The track is gripped up with our special “Grip Drip” formula at 6:00am & 9:00pm every day. This has reduced our best lap time by up to 5 seconds.
How We Work:
Races are run every 15 minutes with a maximum of 15 people per race. The ARRIVAL TIME for these races is above in the ‘Race Time’ area. Each race lasts approximately 15 minutes.
Your total experience if you were to purchase 1 race should last 35-40 minutes (including arrival and departure). However, this can vary.
OUTDOOR BUSINESS FOR COVID CLASSIFICATION
Hyper Karting is an outdoor venue, located on Level 5 of an open-air car park. There is an extremely high level of airflow/ventilation in the venue and a significantly reduced risk of transmission compared to indoor venues.
NOTE: Comments elsewhere about Hyper Karting being an indoor venue have been made as a marketing effort to avoid the confusion of participants thinking that we are not an all-weather venue. Our track layout also better resembles layouts of indoor go-kart tracks than outdoor go-kart tracks.
Customers are required to adhere to the policies and procedures put in place by Hyper Karting - failure to do so will put both Hyper Karting staff & customers at risk, and you will be asked to leave the venue immediately. You must upon entry:
Sanitise your hands
Prices for different race times may vary and are subject to change. The current price of a given timeslot will be shown on your screen after that timeslot is selected. For our most affordable races, look to come in the early morning, late in the evening, or days earlier in the week!
Please note that often the reduced rate timeslots for a given day (as listed on the date selection screen) can be fully booked out by other customers. If this occurs, then there will not be any selectable timeslots within that day which show the race as being at that listed reduced rate as they will instead be shown as 'Sold Out'.
Automatic discounts only apply when at the checkout the order amount is over the threshold amount required for the discount. Discounts will not be applied to separate orders if at the checkout each order is under the threshold amount, even if the sum of those separate orders is over the threshold amount. Hyper Karting will not issue refunds to reduce the amount paid for multiple orders to be equal to the amount that would have been paid had the orders been processed as one consolidated order. Automatic discounts are also available for online only purchases.
Dine & Discover Vouchers:
We are proud to be accepting Discover vouchers in venue. Unfortunately, we are not able to redeem the vouchers at the time of an online booking. To use your discover vouchers and book online please redeem your vouchers on arrival at the venue and we will provide you with the appropriate partial refund on your online order.
All participants must register using the following link prior to arriving at Hyper Karting:

The person making this booking agrees to all the Terms and Conditions outlined on behalf of themselves and all other participants for which they are booking.
As a new business Hyper Karting has been rapidly evolving, with an especially strong focus on driver safety. Changes have been made that may mean the next time you visit our track things are different to your prior experiences and as such we do not make any guarantees. Before booking we kindly ask that you read everything in this description as it is accurate and up to date. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team via email.
We have no tolerance for dangerous driving and all participants must ensure that they are not a risk to themselves, other participants, staff, or our equipment. Drivers who are making contact with the barriers, other karts or are otherwise driving dangerously (at the complete discretion of staff) may not be able to race or may be removed from the race. If a participant is removed from a race, they will not be entitled to a refund, reschedule, credit or exchange for that race or for future races they may have also booked in for.
Races last approximately 15 minutes.
Races will be at a speed appropriate for the age & ability of all participants. The top speed of ages 16+ will depend on your own ability, and might not exceed 30km/hr. The top speed of ages 15 and under might not exceed 15km/hr. Regardless of age, kart speeds are adjusted to match the ability of ALL drivers on the track. For example, an adult may not go full speed if there are some slower drivers who would regularly require overtaking. Finally, all karts will drive at an extra slow speed on the first 1.5 laps for safety reasons.
Automatic Speed Control:
After the first lap, our system may automatically increase your kart speed based on the sector time you set, and the extent to which you and others in your race are making contact with other karts and barriers. The faster the 'best sector time' you set, the faster your kart will be able to go. As such we cannot guarantee your kart will drive at the same speed as others in your race or at the same speed as times that you have raced with us previously. Unfortunately, our automatic speed control system means that your first half lap and last full lap are not included in the lap times.
Technical difficulties could mean that we need to revert to controlling your speed in the old and outdated way that other go kart tracks do, whereby we only have 2 racing speeds to choose from instead of 15. In such a scenario karts will still go very fast, just not as Hyper Fast as other times that you may have been to Hyper Karting. This is because these speeds need to be 'umbrella speeds' which cover a larger range of driver abilities. Fortunately, this scenario is very rare.
To get the best possible lap time to entitle you to the fastest possible speed we recommend slowing before the lap starts to leave a gap between yourself and the karts in front so that you have an unimpeded lap (our start/finish line is located on the corner before the pit entry). Come just after the ‘Grip Drip’ is applied to shave a few seconds of your previous times! Unfortunately, we may not be able to speed you up if you are not able to set a good lap time because you were held up by other drivers or accidents elsewhere on the track.
For racers with experience, we recommend booking off-peak times such that you can have more space on our track. These off-peak times coincide with the gripping of the track. Our track can be quite narrow in places and overtaking can be challenging. We ask slower racers to move aside to make overtaking easier. However, we cannot guarantee you will be unencumbered by other racers and do not provide refunds if you feel you were blocked.
Additionally, if you are the slower driver, we may reduce your speed intermittently throughout the race to allow others to overtake, particularly if you are not complying with 'ALLOW OVERTAKE' signs.
Age / Height:
Participants must be taller that 140cm. There is no age requirement, however please use common sense
Hyper Karting reserves its right that all bookings are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or credited regardless of the reason for non-attendance. Any booking made by you or your group may prevent someone else from doing so, and as such we are not able to recoup the funds for that particular race. If sufficient cancellation notice is provided to firstname.lastname@example.org, we may be able to resell your tickets to another group, in which case a gift card will be issued to the total amount of seats sold (e.g. If 3 of 15 seats returned are sold, you will receive a gift card to the value of 3 seats).
This refund policy also applies to (among other things):
Racers below 140cm as determined by staff
Racers above 130kgs
Racers who are not the correct age for their race category
Racers who refuse to follow our strict COVID-Safety protocols
Racers with a non-zero blood alcohol content (BAC) level or who are suspected by staff to be under the influence of drugs
Racers who staff deem to be a hazard to themselves or others
Racers who are involved in a race where there has been an accident which has caused themselves or others injury, or has meant that their time on track or at full speed was reduced. This applies regardless of who is at fault
Any misconduct or harassment to staff members deemed unacceptable at the discretion of Hyper Karting
Please note that ‘special circumstances’ will not be sufficient for us to vary from our refunds policy because, by booking a given timeslot you are preventing someone else from doing so – someone who would not have a ‘special circumstance’ that Hyper Karting would need to accommodate. Note that this is true even where there are spaces remaining in the race because booking any number of spots prevents a larger group from booking into the race. As such, purchasers should consider the risk that arising ‘special circumstances’ may prevent them from attending their booking or using a gift card in the case of a cancellation. ‘Special circumstances’ include but are not limited to:
Cancellation of a bucks’ party or other special occasion;
Cancellation of a ‘going away’ celebration for a participant;
Travelling or moving interstate or overseas;
Having paid for a booking on behalf of others who refuse to reimburse; and
Intending to use Dine & Discover vouchers but subsequently being unable to
Although we endeavour to ensure your time at Hyper Karting is as enjoyable as possible, there may be periods where the technology system used is malfunctioning (i.e. kart's steering wheel display screens and/or lap times), or where our team are running late for a variety of reasons. No form of compensation or refund will be provided to customers who are inconvenienced or incur costs due to any delays, including but not limited to the cost of parking. The time selected for your booking represents the time that you should arrive (not earlier, not later).
Furthermore, while we endeavour to provide participants with karts that are 100% charged, this is not always possible. Whilst this has little to no impact on your speed, In such an instance a refund will not be given.
COVID Refund Policy:
The person booking assumes the risk that they or other group members may not be able to make their race due to any reason, including COVID reasons.
Bookings cannot be refunded, re-scheduled or credited unless Government Requirements force Hyper Karting to reduce the number of individuals they can accommodate, in which case a refund to gift card for the entire booking will be actioned. The entirety of a group’s booking will also not be refunded if one or more members of the group are unable to make the booking for ‘COVID reasons’.
Such reasons will not be accepted and no compensation will be provided:
Significantly increased COVID case numbers (either in Sydney or elsewhere);
Government imposed restrictions or recommendations on individuals; and
Restrictions on participants such as the need to self-isolate as a result of being a close contact, a casual contact, being symptomatic of COVID or awaiting test results
As such we encourage purchasers to reach out to us as soon as possible when circumstances arise that may prevent them from participating.
Please note that our policy of at most issuing credit notes is in line with guidance from the ACCC (ACCC report & included in it the below excerpt from page 5, paragraph 2):
“In general, whether consumers are entitled to a credit note or a refund for services cancelled due to government restrictions will therefore depend on the terms and conditions of their booking.”
Damage to Karts, Equipment and Premises:
Visitors to Hyper Karting will be required to pay reasonable amounts for any damage that they cause to karts, equipment, barriers, or the premises. This includes a $100 cleaning fee if a participant is sick and vomits into a helmet.
Hyper Karting reserves the right to cancel and fully refund customers at Hyper Karting's discretion. Reasons for refunding could include changing Government health advice as to the way Hyper Karting is allowed to operate.
Terms and Conditions of Your Company:
Hyper Karting is not able to agree to the terms and conditions of other companies. We are however happy to discuss over emails what our business does to promote safety with you or your legal department.
Discount codes (such as the 10% off codes received via email) are not automatically applied to orders. These must be entered at checkout to reduce the cost of the booking. Hyper Karting will not issue refunds to reduce the amount paid for bookings to be equal to the amount that would have been paid had the manual discount code been entered at checkout. Discount codes are also available for online only purchases.
